Bankruptcy

Glasser and Glasser's Bankruptcy Department is exclusively dedicated to creditors' bankruptcy-related services throughout Virginia, including but not limited to, cases under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13. Bankruptcy services include:

• Relief from stay motions

• Confirmation objections

• Dischargeability complaints

• Case dismissal/conversion motions

• Defense of all debtor or trustee initiated actions against creditors

• Creditor representation in any disputed matter arising during the bankruptcy filing.

We are online via a dial-up connection with the Pacer Bankruptcy filing database which covers all filings in the Eastern District of Virginia. We are also able to access the computer database maintained by the courts in the Western District of Virginia. Bankruptcy utilizes the services of bankruptcy attorney specialist Melissa Goode. We are also staffed with four individuals, including one supervisor/legal assistant and three legal assistants. We do not represent debtors.
