With over ten years of creditors’ rights experience, Dan Bengston represents national and regional banks, credit unions, finance companies and others needing to enforce consumer and commercial promises made through the tools of litigation, arbitration, negotiation and settlement. Kristen T. DeFiore
Kristen DeFiore is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. She joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 2014 as a legal assistant. She became a department manager and was then promoted to the position of Chief Compliance Officer. She attended law school while working full-time eventually earning her Juris Doctorate in 2019 and was admitted to the Virginia Bar in April 2020. Kristen oversees the Firm’s compliance management program which includes leading the external and internal client audit teams, the quality assurance and special handling departments, and staff training. Kristen is licensed in Virginia and is knowledgeable in compliance management systems, regulatory compliance and creditors rights.

Charles C. Euripides
Charles “Gus” Euripides has practiced law in North Carolina and Virginia for over 29 years and is the current Government Affairs Chairman for the North Carolina Creditors Bar Association. He is a charter member of the North Carolina Creditors Bar Association and has worked with members of the U.S. Congress and North Carolina Legislature to draft legislation relative to creditors’ rights issues, and to further monitor such legislation as it progresses towards passage.
As a litigation attorney and manager with Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., Gus is responsible for managing all facets of the firm’s North Carolina operations, including management of all commercial and consumer collections and business transactions. Gus is further responsible for advising national banking associations, state credit unions and other lenders on creditors’ rights issues and business transactions, including matters pertaining to compliance with state and federal law.
Gus has spoken to numerous conferences and groups throughout the country on a variety of topics including the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and North Carolina state law.

Jeri Lynn Ganz
Jeri Lynn Ganz joined Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. in 2015 after practicing collections and creditors’ rights law for 20 years. Jeri represents clients in courts throughout the state of Maryland. In her years representing creditors, she has cultivated contacts with attorneys, judges, clients and others within the collections industry. She also represents creditors as an Executive Board Member of the Maryland-D.C. Creditors Bar Association, which tracks Maryland rules, regulations and statutes affecting creditors’ rights and builds relationships with judges and other elected officials.

Mark K. Groves
Mark Groves is a Member and Managing Attorney of the Collections Department of Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., which practices statewide in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Washington, D.C. He has more than 21 years of experience primarily focused on debt collection, financial services regulation and consumer protection issues. He is engaged for the Firm and in numerous trade organizations at the federal and state levels, particularly on issues related to legal collections, compliance management and governmental relations.
Mark currently serves as President of the National Creditors Bar Association. Mark also has served as a member of the Virginia Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee for Electronic Filing. He has previously served as a panelist at the Federal Trade Commission’s roundtable on Legal Debt Collection in Washington, D.C. and has presented on a variety of topics related to fair, ethical and professional debt collection.

Alicia A. Hilger
A native of Tennessee, Alicia moved to the Hampton Roads area from Georgia where she attended law school and practiced in Contract Law. She joined Glasser & Glasser P.L.C. as a Collections Attorney in 2012 after obtaining her Virginia license. In her time at the firm, Alicia has continued to grow as a Collections Attorney by receiving her Maryland license and assists in overseeing the Maryland practice within our Collections Department.

William D. Moore, III
William Moore’s practice focuses on financial services litigation matters. During his service as President of the Virginia Creditors Bar Association and a member of the State Creditors Bar taskforce within NARCA (the National Creditors Bar Association), William regularly responded to legislative issues concerning national banks, credit unions and other creditors. William has worked with Congressional leaders, elected state officials, judges and consumer counsel to implement tangible and common sense modifications to federal, state and local statutes that affect both lenders and consumers.
An experienced trial attorney, William oversees Glasser and Glasser’s DC area office and has presented Continuing Legal Education courses to the Virginia community of judges and fellow practitioners.

Anders Sleight is an experienced commercial litigator who has advocated for clients throughout northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. Alston Wilkins is an Associate Attorney in the Collections Department of Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. Alston is originally from the D.C., Maryland and Virginia area. While attending law school, Alston had the honor of serving as a summer clerk for former Associate Justice Cheri L. Beasley, now Chief Justice, of the North Carolina Supreme Court. In the summer after her second year of law school, Alston had the opportunity to be a part of the civil litigation process while clerking at Yates, McLamb and Weyher, LLP. When law school was in session, Alston served as the Chairman of the Moot Court Board and Chief Legal Writing Fellow for the Legal Writing Department. In addition, Alston competed in the UNC School of Law 2019 J. Braxton Craven, Jr. Memorial Moot Court National Competition and received high scores for her oral argument in each round. Before attending law school, Alston worked in the insurance industry and has over ten years of experience in claims administration and quality assurance.
