William Moore’s practice focuses on financial services litigation matters. During his service as President of the Virginia Creditors Bar Association and as a member of the State Creditors Bar taskforce within NARCA (the National Creditors Bar Association), William regularly responded to legislative issues concerning national banks, credit unions and other creditors. William has worked with Congressional leaders, elected state officials, judges and consumer counsel to implement tangible and common-sense modifications to federal, state and local statutes that affect both lenders and consumers.
An experienced trial attorney, William oversees Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C.’s DC area office and has presented Continuing Legal Education courses to the Virginia community of judges and fellow practitioners.
